I found CONFIDENT BEAUTY to be a practical and spiritual guide to both inner and outer beauty. Catrina reaches the "Heart of the Matter" of how personal life struggles and pain can deeply affect and erode self confidence. We learn from Catrina that it need not be that way. With faith in God we are lead to the inner confidence that assists us to not only believe in ourselves, but to reflect that confidence to others.

This is a great story for children of all ages! An easy, fun read that my child asks me to read to her and tries to read back to me (at 5 years old). Cute illustrations that help bring the message across. Comparison comprises confidence. But understanding that your beauty may just be found in your uniqueness is a powerful truth.

I had been saving for a personal style consultation with a company that can tell you what colours, styles, shapes etc you should wear based on your personality and appearance. Now I don't need it! This book has helped me (and several friends) to work out our clothing personalities and how to dress to best reflect them. We've all enjoyed talking through the book and agree it was well worth buying!
